With Eton Emerald Lofts, unit owners get what they need and more. Residents are given exclusive access to simple urban luxuries, at a cost that is reasonable and especially not prohibitive.

The amenity deck is located at the 6th floor of the building. Here, residents can take advantage of various leisure and entertainment facilities.

For starters, there is a fully-equipped fitness gym which is ideal for busy fitness buffs. Instead of paying for gym membership in a location farther from home, residents can simply head down to the 6th floor. A function room, for private occasions like birthday or anniversary celebrations, is available for residents to rent out. Kids also get to safely and securely enjoy play time at the play ground, a major bonus for parents who are concerned about the public places that their kids hang out in.

Residents can also easily access the swimming pool for kids and adults, a spa and a beauty salon for ‘me-time’ moments, and an array of specialty retail shops and casual dining spots at the ground floor of the building.
